1. Ca Phe Den Nong. (Hot Black Coffee)
- Vietnamese black coffee served hot. Each cup of coffee is brewed fresh at your table: an ingenous small coffee maker made to fit atop your coffee cup. As hot water is poured into the coffee maker, water pressure and gravity force the hot water through the coffe-ground filled compartment causing coffee to drip drop by drop down into the cup. And Voila! Le Cafe!
2. Ca Phe Den Da. (Iced Black Coffee)
- Vietnamese black coffee served over ice. Coffee are made as above, but a glass full of ice cubes is provided to turn your coffee into a "cool vietnamese-expresso".
3. Ca Phe Sua Nong. (Hot Coffee w/ milk)
- Vietnamese style coffee served hot, but with condensed milk added to sweeten the drink.
4. Ca Phe Sua Da. (Iced Caffè Latte)
- Vietnamese style coffee with condensed milk poured over ice. A sweet amd smooth drink.
5. Tra Da.
- Fresh tea served over ice.
6. Tra Da Chanh.
- Fresh lemonade tea served over ice.
7. Da Chanh.
- Fresh lemonade served with ice.
8. Chanh Muoi.
- Salty lemonade, served with ice.
9. Soda Chanh.
- Fresh lemonade made with soda, served with ice.
10. Soda Chanh Muoi.
- Salty soda lemonade.
11. Sua Dau Nanh.
- Soy bean milk served with ice.
12. Nuoc Dua Tuoi.
- Young Coconut Juice served with ice.
13. Nuoc Ngot.
- Soft drinks (Coke, Sprite, Diet Coke, Orange Minute Maid).
